The process starts with an intensive six-week consultation period. During this time, we’ll evaluate various aspects of your interaction with our product. This includes in-depth user feedback, meticulous scorecard metrics assessing system configuration and best practices, infrastructure stability, resources utilization, and security.
By immersing ourselves in your world and experiencing our product from your perspective, we can identify key areas for improvement and devise solutions that make a real-world impact. To facilitate this process, our customer experience consultants will host a series of in-person discovery events to help us understand organization- and role-specific processes, pain points, and opportunities.
